ExamCoach AI supports CBSE Class 8, 9, 10, 11 (Science and Commerce) and Class 12 (Science and Commerce). For competitive exams we support JEE Mains, NEET, and UPSC Prelims. We are continuously adding more boards and exams.

Is the content actually from NCERT textbooks?

Yes. All study material, quizzes, and question papers are based on NCERT textbooks published by the Government of India. Our AI reads the actual chapter content to generate questions — we do not use a generic pre-built question bank. This means every question is unique to the chapter you are studying.

Which Indian languages are supported?

The AI tutor and study notes support 8 languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, and Gujarati. You can switch languages at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

How is payment processed? Is it safe?

All payments are processed 100% securely through Google Play using your saved UPI ID, debit card, credit card, or net banking. We never store your payment details — Google handles all billing. You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from Google Play settings.

Can I use the app without internet?

Yes, partially. NCERT chapters can be downloaded for offline reading after the first download. However, AI features — quiz generation, AI tutor, study notes, and question paper generation — require an internet connection as they use AI processing in real time.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We use Google Firebase for all data storage with industry-standard encryption. We never sell your personal information to anyone. The only data we share with third parties is with OpenAI (for AI processing) and Firebase (for storage), both of which are under strict data protection agreements. How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Google Play → Account → Subscriptions → ExamCoach AI → Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer direct refunds but Google Play has its own refund policy for recent purchases.

Is ExamCoach AI available on iOS / iPhone?

Currently ExamCoach AI is available only on Android via Google Play. An iOS version is on our roadmap. You can visit our website on any browser in the meantime for study tips and content.
